Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hotel.

Standard cancellation

• 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund of advance paid, minus any payment gateway charges.
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance paid.
• Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-show: Full booking amount will be charged.

Peak season & festivals

During Shravan month, Mahashivratri, Simhastha Kumbh, Nag Panchami and other major festival dates, bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

How to cancel

Send your booking reference and cancellation request on WhatsApp or call +91 98018 20555. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Modifications

Date or room-category changes are subject to availability. Any difference in tariff will be payable at the time of modification.

Early check-out

Early check-out or shortened stay does not qualify for a refund of unused nights.
