You may use this website for genuine accommodation enquiries only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.

Booking process

Enquiries submitted through the form, phone or WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed reservations. Full details are on our Booking Policy page.

Availability of rooms and services

All rooms, amenities and assistance services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Listed amenities may vary by room category and may occasionally be unavailable for operational reasons.

Pricing and taxes

Tariffs shown on the website are indicative, per room per night, and may change during festivals, weekends and peak dates. Applicable taxes and any additional charges (extra bed, early check-in, meals) are informed to you at the time of confirmation.

Booking confirmation

A booking is valid only once we send you a confirmation with dates, room category and amount. Any advance payment terms are as communicated at that time.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest details and contact information.
• Carry valid original government photo ID for every adult guest.
• Respect the premises, other guests and staff instructions.
• Take care of personal belongings and valuables.

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in: 12:00 PM · check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• We may refuse accommodation where ID is not produced or house rules are not accepted.

Changes to bookings

Date or room-category changes are subject to availability, and any tariff difference is payable at the time of modification.

Service limitations

Darshan, Bhasma Aarti and other temple-related assistance is a courtesy service. Slots, timings and rules are decided by the temple authorities and we cannot guarantee them.

Third-party services

Where a stay, transport, meal or ticketing service is provided by a third party, that provider's own terms, availability and charges apply in addition to these terms.

Accuracy of website content

Photographs, tariffs and amenity lists are indicative and may be updated without notice. Actual room allocation may vary by availability. Please confirm current details with us before booking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you have paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, crowd restrictions, transport disruption, temple administration decisions or government orders.

Damages

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged the applicable repair or replacement cost.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
